Appointment Cancellation Policy

Clients are requested to inform us in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled without additional charges.
  • Cancellations made at short notice or failure to attend an appointment may result in the loss of any advance payment or booking amount.

Refund Policy

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Completed salon services
  • Packages already used partially or fully
  • Gift cards or promotional offers
  • Advance booking amounts for missed appointments

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with a service due to a genuine concern, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review the matter and may offer:

  • A correction service
  • Service credit
  • Partial refund (in exceptional cases)

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Bare & Worthy.


Advance Payments

Some appointments, packages, or special services may require advance payment to confirm the booking.

  • Advance payments are non-refundable in case of late cancellations or no-shows.
  • If Bare & Worthy cancels the appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, the advance amount will be refunded or adjusted toward a future booking.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened appointment to avoid delays for other customers. In some cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled.


Package & Membership Policy

  • Service packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Packages must be used within the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.
